We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. Also, please note: A 20 percent re-stocking fee will not be refunded on all orders that are returned. All returns must be filed within 15 day period of time of purchase. After the 15 day grace period, returns will not be refunded and hence all sales are then final.
If you find that your product is defective upon arrival for any reason, we require a photo sent to email@example.com with the email subject of Defective/Damaged product. After reviewing your photo you will be notified by email of next steps 1. sending it back and we will refund payment, 2. sending it back, and we send you a replacement.
